5 classes for $45 or 10 classes for $80
Strong Mom Fitness was started to help Mothers lead a healthy and fit lifestyle and set a good example for our children. Understanding the struggles of motherhood, like the pressure to get your pre-baby body back and trying to find the balance between being an individual and a mother is what sets Strong Mom Fitness apart from the typical gym scene. Alexis remembers, as a new mom, the fear of dropping off your baby in the child watch, praying that he didn’t get any germs, just to be able to run a few miles on the treadmill. That is one reason that children are always welcome at both training sessions and group classes. Her goal is to not only help mothers meet and exceed their fitness goals, but to provide a network of mothers for support on the journeys of fitness and motherhood.
Group classes are in Ponte Vedra Beach Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:45 am at Cornerstone Park. Classes are a combination of bootcamp and HIIT (High intensity Interval Training) style designed to achieve a total body workout and to continue to burn calories throughout the day. All skill levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a set of neoprene covered weights (5-8 lbs), and water. As mentioned above, kids are welcome but not required.
