Alexis is the type of trainer that enjoys improving your whole well being. She sets realistic goals, motivates, and really cares about members being a stronger person and mom. She encourages clean eating and lifestyle changes . Class members all have fun, visit and joke, even during class. This is a great group of ladies and I am so grateful to be a part of it with Alexis. I would never have accomplished this type of training on my own. Push ups, squats, burpees and sprints are no longer intimidating, thanks to Alexis.
